On Friday, City of Milwaukee officials, the Milwaukee Health Department and UnitedHealthcare came together to host the first of two back to school health fairs at North Division High School. Children received free backpacks and school supplies, as well as up-to-date shot records and vaccinations. Attendees included Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett; Ralph Beck, chief operating office of UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, Wisconsin; and representatives from the Health Department.
The next health fair is scheduled for this Friday, August 15 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Bradley Tech High School located at 700 S 4th St. in Milwaukee.
