After several weeks, artist Ramiro Sandoval Argueta’s mural on the South Side is complete. Painted on the side of a barbershop at Mitchell Street and Chavez Drive, the work depicts hands growing from the ground holding an ear of corn, which Sandoval describes as “the universal seed.”Did you like this story?
