Jazmyn Smith has a feel for babies and young children with developmental delays. A childcare teacher and relief supervisor in the Pediatric Skilled Nursing Unit at the Milwaukee Center for Independence, she uses shaving cream and other textures to help them sharpen their perception of the world around them, enhancing their brain development.
