Milwaukee native DeLon Price has worked as an insurance agent for nearly 14 years. She said her community involvement keeps her informed about resources for her clients and teaches her two teenagers the importance of service. Price has volunteered at community events that connect residents with information about pubic services. “I didn’t give up on the community,” she said. “I’ve been here my entire life and I don’t think I’m going anywhere anytime soon. Anything I can do to give back, I will.”
