Participants in the Don & Sallie Davis and Fitzsimonds Boys & Girls Clubs exhibited their art work Saturday in an art installation called “Day 2 Day,” a journey through the life experiences of Milwaukee youth.
Instructors Vedale Hill and James Gavins guided the young people in producing the installation, which included paintings, video and audio. Students explored topics such as the educational system, food desserts, cyber-bullying and safety.
The exhibition took place at Jazale’s Art Studio, 2201 N. Dr. Martin Luther King Drive.
