Inspired by survivors of the mass murder at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida last month, hundreds of thousands of students and others fed up with gun violence gathered in the streets of cities and towns throughout the country Saturday.
In Milwaukee, young people and supporters called for stricter gun control laws at a rally outside the Milwaukee County Courthouse, 901 N. 9th St. They then marched to City Hall, where people were able to register to vote.
