The second annual Milwaukee Dia De Los Muertos parade, celebrating a traditional Mexican holiday, brought colorful costumes, masks, music and dancing to the Walker’s Point neighborhood recently. Organized by Milwaukee Mijas, a collective of women artists and performers, the parade is intended to preserve and share the traditions of the Day of the Dead.
