College Possible is recruiting recent college graduates to fill over 100 AmeriCorps positions in the coming months. The organization is seeking talented, idealistic leaders interested in changing lives by helping low-income students earn their college degrees. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated leadership, a high level of achievement in academics or employment and a commitment to leveling the playing field for low-income students.

“Our AmeriCorps members have the opportunity to give back to the community and change students’ lives,” said Executive Director, Edie Turnbull. “Our positions provide Corps members valuable skills that can be used after a term of service, all in a fun working environment. Following their experience with College Possible, Corps members go on to be top-notch graduate students or sought-after employees.”

College Possible currently operates in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Minnesota’s Twin Cities; Omaha, Nebraska; and Portland, Oregon and attracts candidates from across the country. Last year, the organization received five applicants for every one position.
