Growing Power is very excited to announce our 2nd year of hosting a Winter Farmers Market! We welcome back all of you who joined us for our inaugural year, and look forward to meeting those of you who are new to our market.

When most farmers markets are finished for the season, we’re just getting started! We’ll have fall and winter grown vegetables from our more than 100 hoop houses, all naturally grown, and other value-added items. We’ve also invited several other farmer friends too! Come see us and support your local farmers!

WHERE: Growing Power Warehouse, 13111 W. Silver Spring Dr., Butler, WI

WHEN: Saturday, 8am – Noon, starting November 15th, 2014 until April 25th, 2015. (There will be no winter market on November 29th, December 27th,  January 10th, February 21st, March 21st and April 11th due to holidays and Growing Power Workshops).

Call Growing Power for Booth/Vendor prices and more information at 262-439-6140.

Growing Power also welcomes back everyone to our 2nd year of Winter/Spring CSA. CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture; it’s a way to buy fresh produce directly from a local farmer, like Growing Power! Because we have more than 100 hoop houses, we’re able to grow many of your favorite vegetables all year long. Above is a sample picture of what you might find in it. And all of our produce is naturally grown, so you can feel good about what you’re feeding your family.

The CSA program will start November 15th, 2014 through May 2, 2015 for those who order before November 15, 2014. And for those who orders after November 15, 2014; your CSA Program will start on November 22,2014 through May 9, 2015.  (There will be no CSA pickup on November 29th, December 27th, January 10th, February 21st, March 21st and April 11th due to holidays and Growing Power Workshops).

We’re offering a variety of CSA’s, hopefully there’s one to fit your needs:

   * $500 for a full share (full size CSA)

   * $250 for a half share (half size CSA)

   * $280 for Fish Share (Nov. 15th, December 6th, January 3rd, February 7th, March 7th, April 4th)

The fish share will include 8 lbs. of whole Lake Perch (undressed, on ice) or 3lbs of Lake Perch filet each month for six months, starting November 15th, 2014.  Fish will be picked up at the warehouse.

WHERE: All CSA’s (including fish) are to be picked up on Saturdays at our warehouse, located at 13111 W. Silver Spring Drive, in Butler, WI between the hours of 9 a.m. and Noon (with the exceptions of the days mentioned above).

Payment is made up front for the entire season. To place your order, please click here.  For other payment options, call 262-439-6140.

Thanks for your support, we’re grateful to be able to provide fresh, healthy food all winter long!
