Since 1911, the City of Milwaukee has provided its citizens, neighbors and visitors a safe and friendly celebration of America’s independence.

In parks throughout the city, families and friends gather for picnics, games, doll buggy parades and talent contests. At night the sky is filled with fireworks bursting all over town.

Click each park’s name for a full lineup of events and celebration on July 4th, 2015:

Celebrate the 4th of July safely!
Fireworks are illegal in the City of Milwaukee.

Milwaukee’s 4th of July Celebration would not be possible without the support and cooperation of Milwaukee County Parks.

Additional support provided by Milwaukee Public Schools recreation division.
