Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers (Sixteenth Street) first Community Impact Awards ceremony was held on Thursday, July 16th at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino. The evening was closed out with music and entertainment by Tres Acoustico.
Community Impact Awards were given to recognize individuals and organizations that contribute significant volunteer time, expertise and/or resources to support Sixteenth Street programs and services. In 2014, more than 35,000 people relied on Sixteenth Street for medical care, behavioral health services, health education, supportive social services and neighborhood and community enrichment programing.
