Now as we come to the close of 2016, I was pondering about all this city and many others places alike had to endure this year. God unveiled a wound that now remains a great scar in this community and abroad. I am currently planning an event to strategically unify an area located next to the BP gas station that was set ablaze.
By utilizing the Gospel and testimonials of transformations and distributing warm drinks (cocoa, coffee, soups, and cider, etc.), scarves, hats, gloves, blankets, quilts, tracts and bibles supplied through B.A.S.I.C.S in Milwaukee, we will administer the balm of Gilead for healing. Slated for December 31st noon til 4:30pm ending the year on this note. We have loved on this neighborhood by serving those while being in the neighborhood.
P.S. Hopefully, this will spark some good conversations and build relationships as we see God implementing His remedy for sickness and hurt. Volunteers and residents will forge new bonds as we gain new brothers and sisters in Christ.
