A growing business solutions company on the city’s far northwest side is looking to hire more than 170 workers soon, and Common Council members are urging individuals to apply online at their earliest opportunity.

Alderman Jim Bohl, whose 5th Aldermanic District is home to Concentrix – located in the Park Place office park at 11301 W. Lake Park Dr. on the city’s far northwest side – said the full-time positions will pay $27,000 to $36,000 per year to start with opportunities for advancement.

“Concentrix is experiencing growth that requires the hiring of more than 100 people very soon, and I believe the company’s location makes it particularly attractive to applicants who live nearby and dread a long job commute downtown or elsewhere,” Alderman Bohl said.

“These jobs are solid and located in a great location, and I strongly encourage interested applicants to apply online as soon as possible at concentrix.com,” he said.

A career fair event with Concentrix representatives will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Northtown Church, 7000 N. 107th St. (between W. Fond du Lac Ave. and W. Good Hope Rd.). Applications for positions will be accepted.

Alderwoman Chantia Lewis, whose 9th District borders Park Place to the north and east, said the company will be conducting hiring classes set to meet (roughly) every two weeks. “The positions will require individuals to provide product support and information, as well as some trouble-shooting and research. If you have experience and enjoy working with customers and the public, then Concentrix may be the right fit for you,” she said.

Working with technology and a top brand are also attractive features that prospective Concentrix applicants should consider, according to Alderman Cavalier Johnson, whose 2nd Aldermanic District lies nearby Park Place.

“Job opportunities involving cool technology and providing trouble-shooting advice and service have often been concentrated downtown or in other locations closer to the city’s core,” Alderman Johnson said. “Concentrix is offering those opportunities in close proximity to my constituents and to an overall large workforce base on the northwest side.”

Please see the attached job notice from Concentrix for additional details, and go to http://www.jobs.net/jobs/concentrix/en-us to apply online.
