The Zilber Neighborhood Initiative, a project of the Zilber Family Foundation, recently drew to a close. The 10-year initiative worked to improve the quality of life in Lindsay Heights, Clarke Square and the Layton Boulevard West neighborhoods of Silver City, Burnham Park and Layton Park.
