Trell Harris, who was recently laid off from his job at the Port of Milwaukee, opposes proposed legislation in Madison that, if enacted, would require food stamp recipients to be drug free. Harris, standing outside of the Marcia Coggs Human Services Center, compared the prospect of food stamp recipients being drug tested with criminals being tested before seeing their probation officer.
