A dozen local farms have been providing Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) subscriptions to individuals and families for years. For the 14^th year, the Urban Ecology Center is hosting its Local Farmer Open House to connect individuals and companies with local farmers to create CSA partnerships for home and work. The event is free and open to the public.

WHY:

Many local farmers who have been providing CSA subscriptions to individuals and families are seeing an increase in employers establishing CSA programs as part of their employee wellness programs. The Urban Ecology Center is dedicated to promoting community by offering resources that support environmentally responsible behaviors.
