Alderman Khalif J. Rainey invites community-based organizations and local businesses interested in growing their organizations and improving Milwaukee neighborhoods through contract work for the City of Milwaukee to attend an important information session on Wednesday, April 5 at the Center Street Library branch, 2727 W. Fond du Lac Ave.

“This session is a perfect opportunity for entrepreneurs and businesses to find out what is needed to be able to have a chance of getting specific city contracts for mowing and snow removal services on private properties,” Alderman Rainey said.

Benefits of neighborhood improvement contract work include payments based on fixed market price with no need to bid, flexible assignments and no minimum equipment requirements. For RSVP details and eligibility requirements, please see the attached document.

What: Fixed price CBO contract session

When: 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5

Where: Center Street Library 2727 W. Fond du Lac Ave.
