Express Yourself MKE hosted a thank you party and open house Friday to celebrate its new studio at 1300 W. Fond Du Lac Ave. Youth participants, donors and volunteers gathered in the Running Rebels building for the “studio warming.”

Student participants entertained guests with songs and musical performances throughout the evening. ExYo uses artistic expression to provide youths an alternative to violence and street life.

The nonprofit arts organization moved to the new studio at the end of June.
