As a Customer Care Center Rep, you will be responsible and empowered to take on questions and concerns from our customers. The Milwaukee Customer Care Center operates Monday-Friday (7am-9pm) and Saturday (8am-7pm) to ensure customers have energy related solutions. Various shifts are available but your schedule must be flexible to accommodate all shifts.
