Lewis Lee, a former Milwaukee Fatherhood Initiative employee, said he is beginning to question city leadership and whether the will exists to change conditions in Milwaukee. He said elected officials should have a closer connection to the community, but noted that it is the responsibility of neighbors to create the safe communities they want.
