On Jan. 15, Northwestern Mutual employee volunteers celebrated a day on, in commemoration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, by volunteering at more than a dozen locations throughout Milwaukee. The company-wide day on honors the late leader’s passion for service and community. The company’s African American Employee Resource group organized the event. Volunteers participated in school revitalization projects, mentored and tutored young people, provided food and clothes to those in need and more.
