Neighbor Night Series Begins March 12th

This year we are reinvigorating our Neighbor Nights with 12 classes focused on healthy eating and nutrition. Each instructor will teach 6 classes to help you on your wellness journey. All classes are free thanks to support from American Cancer Society. Classes begin March 12th!

At Healthy Mindful Eating Circles

Join Chef Anomalous Campbell in this 6 part healthy eating series with hands on cooking demos, outdoor classes at local gardens, farmers markets, and at the Walnut Way Center.

We will discuss how to minimize processed food intake. Learn the difference between organic, regular conventional and irradiated foods. Discuss the importance of meal prepping, reading food labels, and how to shop for budget friendly healthy foods at local grocery stores.
