Exciting opportunity to build in the Five Points Neighborhood across the street from the newly redeveloped Bader Foundation campus. The Department of City Development (“DCD”) is seeking proposals for the purchase and creative development of a large commercial building site located at West Concordia Street and North Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. This site is on the high visibility corridor from Downtown to Capitol Drive and has excellent access to Downtown, Bronzeville, I-43 and neighborhoods to the north, east and west. DCD is seeking dynamic development proposals that maximize use of the site and will catalyze complementary developments.

Proposals are due at 2:00 P.M. on October 31, 2019

View this Request for Proposals and other development opportunities on our Development Sites website.
