Exposed The Podcast Foundation (ETPF) is a non-profit serving the state of WI and surrounding states since 2018. Founders and co-host Laverne Badger & Natalie Hayden created the podcast as a unique way to talk about life after abuse and become the voice of the voiceless, by providing individuals with educational, preventive and awareness tools to fight against domestic abuse.

2020 was the year of COVID 19 and changed our lives forever. Women have been carrying an overwhelming load for their families. The added roles they have been given are tutor, teacher, tech specialist, counselor/therapist etc. The mental health of women at all ages is suffering. The little joys that we once knew have all shifted. According to women’s supporting women’s mental health, 57 percent of adults were likely to say COVID-19 had negatively affected their mental health.

The founders of Expose The Podcast, Laverne Badger and Natalie Hayden have come up with an unique way to support girls and women during these turbulent times.  The pledge “no more mean girls” encourages positive female relationships and ending negative behavior displayed between women. Especially during these times. Support is what we need from one another. By being aware of undesirable behavior we can then move forward in a way that shows love, compassion and support.

  • The pledge promises that women will support, uplift and inspire.
  • The pledge promises to communicate with love, respect, and be honest without judgment.
  • The pledge promises not to cause harm with my words or actions.
  • The pledge promises to build connections and mentor each other.

In May, we have a goal of 5000 females pledging by Mother’s Day 2021.  Go to the website, www.exposedthepocast.com to take the pledge. Become part of better women’s health and well-being.

Sincerely,

Founders, LaVerne Badger & Natalie Hayden
