LITTLE FREE LIBRARY UNVEILING, SATURDAY JULY 9, 3 pm

The People’s Garden is pleased to open a little free library, where everybody can take and donate books.
Come to share with your neighbors, make art for the garden, take free books, eat home-made treats, and support this community space, which also belongs to you.

The People’s Garden is on S 21st, between Mineral and Scott (1102 S 21st)

Summer Water Camp at The People’s Garden – 2022

🌊🌊🌊 🌊🌊🌊

Play, build art, and learn with your neighbors about the water on our faucets and showers (where does it come from? Is it safe to drink?), why we should protect our rivers and lakes, and how to build community and fight for our human rights to safe drinking water, open spaces, and a good life for everybody.

Bilingual English/Spanish. Priority for residents of 53204 zip, ages 12 and up.

4 Sessions at the people’s garden (1102 S 21st), 2 sessions on boats on Milwaukee rivers.

Free! Includes materials and dinner.
