Milwaukee, WI – Milwaukee Catholic Home (MCH) and Trinity Senior Services (TSS) are pleased to announce the seamless transition of the skilled therapy team, formerly with MJ Care, into the MCH family as in-house therapy staff. This move ensures continued high-quality rehabilitative care for residents while expanding therapy services across all levels of care within the MCH community.

For more than 20 years, many members of the therapy team provided contract services through MJ Care, a respected provider of rehabilitation services. However, with MJ Care’s decision to discontinue contract therapy services as of December 31, 2024, MCH and TSS quickly stepped in to integrate the dedicated therapists into its organization.
“The therapy team is beyond grateful for this transition,” shared Jackie Grossoehme, Rehabilitation Services Director for Trinity Senior Services. “We have always felt like part of the MCH and TSS family, but now that bond is solidified. The warm welcome we’ve received has been truly heartening.”
With this change, therapy services—including physical, occupational, and speech therapy—will continue uninterrupted. Additionally, the team is working to expand their presence in both Assisted Living (AL) and Independent Living (IL), offering new mobility and cognitive screenings to support residents in maintaining their independence for as long as possible.
“Increasing communication and collaboration between all MCH sites has been a top priority,” Grossoehme said. “We’re also looking ahead to providing therapy services at Trinity Woods in the future, ensuring even greater access to care for seniors in our community.”
This integration aligns with MCH and TSS’s commitment to holistic, mission-driven care. By bringing therapy services in-house, residents benefit from increased availability of therapists, a unified approach to wellness, and a shared commitment to helping seniors thrive at every stage of life.
“Our message is simple—we are here to help,” said Grossoehme. “We are honored to officially be part of this caring and dynamic community, and we look forward to serving our residents with the same dedication and expertise that has defined our work for decades.”
