HYFIN and Ex Fabula have teamed up once again to host an evening of live spoken word, poetry, and storytelling celebrating Black and Brown voices. This event brings together a blend of curated speakers with storytellers drawn from the audience.

The featured tellers for this event are *aya, Antoine Carter, Dasha Kelly, and Fatima Laster.

Audience members are invited to participate by putting their name in the hat for the chance to tell a story onstage, or they can write an UltraShort—these are stories (which can be anonymous!) of just a few sentences that emcees Kim Shine and Alea McHatten then read on stage.

Happy hour with DJ entertainment begins at 6pm, and storytelling begins at 7pm. All are welcome to attend.

Tickets are available at exfabula.org/tickets.
