Milwaukee is revving up for Easter this weekend.
Groups across town are hosting events with egg hunts, crafts, lunch and more. Check out these events to celebrate the holiday.
1. Family Fun Night Easter Celebration: Friday, April 3
From 6 to 8 p.m., hunt for easter eggs and enjoy food at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 2207 N. 2nd St., on Friday, April 3. Registration is required here. More information here.
2. Community Egg Hunt: Saturday, April 4
Milwaukee Alliance Against Racist and Political Repression, Black Leaders Organizing in Committees, Labor Council for Latin American Advancement and Comités Sin Fronteras are hosting an Easter egg hunt at Clarke Square Park, 2330 W. Vieau Place, on Saturday, April 4. Activities start at noon and the Easter egg hunt starts at 2 p.m. More information here.
3. Silver Spring Square Easter Gathering: Saturday, April 4
Join Silver Spring Square, 5513 N. Hopkins St., for an Easter gathering and egg hunt at 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 4. Bring candy to help fill the Easter eggs. More information here.
4. Easter Egg-Citement at Kosciuszko Park: Saturday, April 4
From 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 4, head to Kosciuszko Park, 2201 S. 7th St., for an Easter egg hunt, games, lunch and a visit from the Easter bunny. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the Kosciuszko Community Center at the park. More information here.
5. Friends of Lyons Park Easter Egg Hunt: Saturday, April 4
Join Friends of Lyons Park for an Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 4 at 1 p.m. Lyons Park is located at 3301 S. 55th St. More information here.
6. Developing Youth Inc. Easter Extravaganza: Saturday, April 4
Join Developing Youth Inc. for its third annual Easter celebration with activities, snacks, photos with the Easter bunny and more from 1 to 4 p.m. at King Hall, 3413 N. Martin Luther King Drive, on Saturday, April 4. More information here.
7. F.A.T.E. Creative Easter Party: Saturday, April 4

8. Los Gordos Easter Egg Hunt: Saturday, April 4
Join Los Gordos Ice Cream & More, 2691 S. 6th St. for an Easter egg hunt and meet and greet with the Easter bunny at 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 4. More information here.
9. Sentry Foods Easter Egg Hunt: Sunday, April 5
Head to Sentry Foods, 9210 W. Lisbon Ave., for an Easter egg hunt and cupcake decorating for children ages 2 through 10 on Sunday, April 5 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. More information here.
10. Easter Egg Hunt at Smith Park: Sunday, April 5
DJ Star Fifer is hosting a community Easter egg hunt for children ages 1 through 12 at Smith Park, 5462 N. 33 St. The fun will take place at Picnic Area 2 between the tot lot and Smith pavilion on Sunday, April 5 from 2 to 3 p.m. More information here.
