Discovery World is celebrating its hometown this May with the launch of Milwaukee Month, a community-focused initiative offering $15 admission to City of Milwaukee residents from May 1–31, 2026.
Designed as a thank-you to the community, Milwaukee Month invites residents to experience everything Discovery World has to offer, from hands-on science exhibits to interactive technology and lakefront exploration.
Throughout the month, families, students, and visitors of all ages can engage in immersive learning experiences while enjoying one of Milwaukee’s most iconic destinations. Guests are invited to explore Mobilab opening May 16, a dynamic, hands-on lab where young explorers dive into the world of trial and error through inventing, testing, and refining toy vehicles.
“Milwaukee is at the heart of Discovery World,” said John Emmerich, Discovery World President & CEO. “The energy, support, and pride of our residents are what make this place thrive and allow us to keep growing as a resource for our community. Their support allows us to expand what’s possible and continue building a future where science and discovery are accessible to everyone.”
Discovery World continues to prioritize accessibility and community engagement through initiatives like Milwaukee Month, reinforcing its role as a destination for education, exploration, and connection.
