1. Yoga at the Domes: Wednesday, May 13
As part of Milwaukee County’s 2026 Healthy County Challenge, join Embody Yoga owner Joanna Brooks for a yoga class and additional sound healing session with Camille Mays on Wednesday, May 13 at the Mitchell Park Domes, 524 S. Layton Blvd. Doors open at 5 p.m., yoga starts at 6 p.m. and visitors can explore the domes from 7 to 8 p.m. Registration is free and required. More information here.
2. Drop-In Wellness Clinic: Thursday, May 14
Get blood pressure and glucose checks and health care assessments with Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin at Sherman Phoenix, 3536 W. Fond du Lac Ave., from noon to 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 14. More information here.
3. Common Thread: ‘The People’s Money. The People’s Power’: Thursday, May 14
Join the Marguerite Casey Foundation for live music, free food and a conversation with the African American Roundtable, Citizen Action Wisconsin and author Celina Su on building grassroots politics and solidarity on Thursday, May 14 at 5 p.m. at Pilot Project Brewing, 1128 N. 9th St. Registration is free and required. 4. Washington Heights Night Market: Thursday, May 14
Night markets are back. Head to the next market at Mount Olive Lutheran Church and School, 5327 W. Washington Blvd., for live music, vendors, food trucks and more from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 14. More information here.
5. Fathers Legal Rights Night: Thursday, May 14
Parents with questions about child support can come to Employ Milwaukee’s Father’s Legal Rights Night to get legal advice, learn about driver’s license recovery, modify support orders and more at the MLK Community Center, 1531 W.
