Northwest Side Community Development Corporation (NWSCDC) is hosting a Bike & Play Fest outside at MMSD’s West Basin site (4350 N. 35th St / 35th & Congress) on Saturday, June 28th from 11a.m. – 2 p.m.! The event is free to attend and includes fun for the whole family – we hope to see you there!
Some highlights include:
- free food from local food trucks *while supplies last*
- free bicycle repairs from DreamBikes
- bike safety workshop & lessons by MKE Rec
- kids’ games (soccer, bag toss, potato sack races, bubbles, and more)
- chalk art & coloring
- face painting by ArtWorks for Milwaukee
- music
- giveaways
- raffle prizes
- organizations with resources

*Note that filling out the RSVP form does not guarantee you a meal – lunch tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until we run out, so don’t be late!

We’re happy to host this event in conjunction with Lincoln Creek Week! You can bike to this event with a group as part of the Lincoln Creek Bike & Hike, which leaves at 10 a.m. from Havenwoods State Forest.
