You are invited to attend a showing of “A Binding Truth”, an award-winning film about racial reconciliation, on Friday, September 12, from 6 – 8 p.m. at the United Methodist Church of Whitefish Bay.
The film chronicles the journey of two men – one White and one Black – as they confront their families’ shared history of slavery and the lingering racism in their community and forge a path to understanding, reconciliation and friendship.
The film will be followed by a panel discussion on how the lessons of the film can be applied in Milwaukee.
