Learn the basics of biking. Free!

Date: Saturday, September 20
Location: Urban Ecology Center – Menomonee Valley
Time: Drop in anytime between 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. *excursions take 30min
Price: Free

Join us at the Menomonee Valley Urban Ecology Center for an opportunity to learn the basics of biking. Borrow a bike and a helmet and choose between a guided group ride or an independent ride through Three Bridges Park and a portion of the Hank Aaron State Trail on paths.

Dress for the weather, pack a snack, and bring your family/friends for this unique opportunity to connect with people and nature in the city! Urban Ecology Center will provide all gear necessary to participants who wish to try biking!

Bikes are sized by height – our fleet is designed to outfit individuals 4ft 11in. – 6ft 4in. tall. We have 1 bike trailer that can be pulled behind confident riders so that participants as young as 2 years old can enjoy the ride as well! Helmets size toddler to extra large are also provided for program purposes.

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
