Arts @ Large and Serve 2 Unite joined forces on Friday, November 15, to kick off a program to bring arts experiences and peace projects to the students of Hampton Elementary School on Milwaukee’s North Side.

The event featured a performance from local reggae group R.A.S. Movement, who had 150 elementary students grooving in their seats and singing along with their positive message of peace, love, and non-violence.

Arts @ Large and Serve 2 Unite programs are a perfect fit for action-oriented Hampton Elementary, where the motto is: “We’ll tell you what made Milwaukee great, and then we will show you how we’re going to make it better!”
