Join the Center for Leadership of Afrikan Women’s Wellness (CLAWW) and Rooted & Rising for Cultural Art Vibes, a free family-friendly celebration of culture, creativity, and community on Saturday, August 22, from 1–4 p.m. at Washington Park Pool House, 1859 N. 40th Street, Milwaukee.

Enjoy an exciting afternoon of live entertainment, spoken word artists, dancing, arts and crafts, local vendors, food, and family fun.

A special highlight will be a performance by the Sankofa Drum Circle, celebrating the culmination of CLAWW’s six-week intergenerational summer drum camp, which brought youth and older adults together through African drumming, culture, and community connection.

Admission is FREE! Bring your family and friends and join us for an afternoon filled with rhythm, culture, creativity, and community spirit.

Come for the culture. Stay for the vibes!
