The centerpiece of a rejuvenated Enderis Playfield, this sculpture by Nancy Metz White is entitled Magic Tree Grove. Installed in November 2006, the artwork was supported by an initial grant from the City of Milwaukee Arts Board.

This westside neighborhood’s eponymous park is named for Dorothy Enderis, a proponent of multicultural education and a key figure in MPS’s recreation and adult education programs. Today, it’s known for being a largely residential community that serves as the home of many MPS teachers and administrators.
