For about 10 years, Rick Becker and his wife, Debbie, have organized a meal program every Wednesday at Ebenezer Lutheran Church, 1127 S. 35th St. in the Layton Boulevard West neighborhood. With the help of volunteers — including Judy Loth, who founded the program — they have served more than 300,000 meals over the years.
