Here, There, and Elsewhere: Refugee Families in Milwaukee, a photo-documentary by John Ruebartsch & Sally Kuzma, is on exhibit at Saint Joseph Hospital through June 3, 2011. Kuzma, an English-as-a-second-language teacher, collaborated with Ruebartsch, a photographer whose family immigrated to Milwaukee, to create the 30-plus portraits. The exhibit has recently returned to Milwaukee after a showing in Ohio. On display in the hospital‘s ground floor cafeteria, it is free and open to the public.
