Running Rebels is sponsoring a logo contest open to youths aged 10-19 for the “It Just Takes One (You)” anti-violence campaign started in September. The winner will receive a $300 cash prize and a $200 gift card.

Rebels members Makeisha Young and Alyandra Maneese, with their adult advisor Norma Balentine, came up with the campaign to get youth and adults to pledge to be that one person who makes a difference in someone’s life and in their community.

The logo design competition is open to all southeast Wisconsin youth ages 10-19. Each participant may submit one design. The entry must be the artist’s original design and should contain no religious or potentially insulting images. Submit designs along with the entry form. Click here for contest rules and submission details. The deadline for entries is Jan. 31.
