Amid the crusty mounds of snow and salt-covered sidewalks that typically characterize the January landscape, some Milwaukeeans recently found respite at the Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory, known as “The Domes.”

In the balmy setting of the Floral Show Dome, attendees rocked to the music of an Elvis tribute band, All the King’s Men. The event, one in a weekly winter Thursday evening series of live concerts called “Music Under Glass,” also featured an Elvis costume contest with a $100 prize and a light show.

For admission fees and a listing of live performers appearing through March 22 at the Domes, 524 S. Layton Blvd., click here.
