Casey Johnson recently moved in with his aunt in the Amani neighborhood because he’s out of work and low on funds. At 49, he has skills and a lot of experience in the food service industry, factories and construction. Despite regular visits to staffing agencies and day labor hiring sites, he’s having a difficult time finding steady employment.
