Every day, Diana Condon, 67, walks in four different directions, dustpan and broom in hand. She cleans up all the trash and litter surrounding her home and business on the corner of 5th and Locust streets. Born just a few blocks down the road, the self-proclaimed “watcher” keeps her finger on the pulse of her neighborhood by getting to know the people along her route. She values neighbors who look out for one another.
