Randall Yocum, 21, said he spends some mornings panhandling outside of the Pick ‘n Save on West National Avenue in Clarke Square, hoping to rustle up enough change to buy some cigarettes and maybe a beer. He said he’s been struggling for a while, but in the future he hopes to have a car, a job and a girlfriend.
