Avenues West resident and Funky Fresh Spring Rolls CEO Trueman McGee, 32, makes his way every Saturday to the Outpost Makers Market at 1617 W. North Ave., not only to sell his immensely popular spring rolls, but also to spread the word about the importance of eating well and making healthy lifestyle choices. Unhappy about his weight and eating habits in the past, McGee made a commitment to change and wants to help others do the same.
