Tracy Williams, a Harambee resident, would like to see many changes in Milwaukee, from fixing roads to overhauling the education system and the justice system. A semi-pro football player for the Milwaukee Scorpions, Williams, 31, said he wants Milwaukee to be a better place for his future children.
