Lyndi Vang manages her sister and brother-in-law’s new food truck, The Noodle Café. She explained that they started selling their dishes a few weeks ago at 35^th Street and West Lisbon Avenue, near their home, to offer their neighbors an opportunity to try the foods of the countries they came from, Laos and Thailand.

In addition to the current menu, which includes egg rolls, fried noodles, stuffed chicken wings and nava, a sweet coconut-flavored tapioca drink, The Noodles Café plans to add chicken fried rice, khao poon noodle soup, curry and other dishes in the future.
