Food Truck Wednesdays kick off at the Menomonee Valley Community Park on Wednesday, May 17 from 11am-1:30pm and continue twice a month through October. Four food trucks will start the summer series with foods to please every palate, from American to Cuban to Vietnamese. These include Bebe’s Bistro, Denson’s Catering, Little Havana, and Tasty Café.

Food trucks park on S. 36th Street near Charter Wire, just west of the intersection of Canal Street and Milwaukee Road. The adjacent Menomonee Valley Community Park has 20 acres of park space with picnic tables, walking paths, and thousands of native plants and trees. Menomonee Valley employees and neighboring residents are encouraged to bike or walk along the Hank Aaron State Trail on Food Truck Wednesdays.

Food Truck Wednesdays will be held on: May 17 and 31, June 14 and 28, July 12 and 26, August 9 and 23, September 6 and 20, and October 4 and 18. A variety of food trucks will visit throughout the summer; updated food truck schedules will be posted RenewTheValley.org.

Food Truck Wednesdays were very popular when they launched in 2016 and are returning for a longer season in 2017.

Menomonee Valley Partners organizes Food Truck Wednesdays, among other programs, to foster a thriving district for the enjoyment of Valley employees as well as the greater Milwaukee community. May through October is an ideal time to have a meal outside in the Menomonee Valley’s park spaces. More information is available at RenewTheValley.org or call 414-274-4655.
