Sheila Cochran is a community activist and a member of United Auto Workers. She was also the treasurer and Chief Operating Officer at the Milwaukee Area Labor Council AFL-CIO. She serves as one of four campaign co-chairs for United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County, a nonprofit that raises money for community-based solutions to persistent problems.
Cochran is passionate long-term about financial security for Milwaukee residents who are ALICE workers. ALICE is an acronym for Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed.
