Rodney Anderson has been running Tastee Twist, 2378 N. Teutonia Ave., for 39 years, just a couple blocks away from where he grew up. Throughout years of selling ice cream and cheese fries, he has watched property values and unemployment change. Now he said he worries about how gentrification may affect his business and community.
