With some Milwaukee Public Schools starting less than a month from now, back-to-school shopping is already well under way for many parents and children.

 

Prepare students for the upcoming school year by contributing school supplies. This is an ideal opportunity for community groups, churches, families and businesses to make a difference.  Volunteer Milwaukee, a service of the Nonprofit Center of Milwaukee features a calendar full of events, both one-time and ongoing. Here are some school supply drives.
